This module is all about setting up access to all the respective stakeholders pertaining to their defined role and view the real time information.



Staff



Admin Staff can login into their respective profiles to view, share and communicate relevant information, including any announcement, newsletter etc.



Student Info



This module enables the students to access information relevant to their profiles and academic information that is updated since the time of their admission.



Faculty



Faculty can interact with all the stakeholders such as colleagues, parents and students to view, share and communicate relevant information. It is also equipped with their profile database as associated within the institution.



Course



The Course Module can provide information about each session and lesson plan. It also allows faculty to update the lesson syllabus with taught material or provide details regarding the part of the lesson that was covered during the teaching session.



Fees



In the Fee Module all online and offline Fee Payment can be managed efficiently.

Payment Gateway Integration via Digital Payment methods, It also has simple and easy reporting formats which includes due, overdue, receipts, and cancellations if any. It is dynamically associated to the students data access



Academic Calendar



This section allows the respective stakeholders to view the real time information about the calendar activities being conducted in the Institution.



Communications



Through this section the admin can setup connectivity to keep parents/ students/ staff informed about upcoming events, news, examinations and other activities of the institution through the Mobile App and SMS Alerts.



Time Table



This Section can have the time table of an institution automatically by the click of a button. Availability of setting up features simplifies the process of editing a time table. Class/ course/ teacher/ resource wise time table listings are available. This module also manages substitutions. The time tables can be published for student reference.



Classroom



This section provides faculty the ability to plan and manage sessions and lesson plans effectively. It also allows the faculty to update the lesson syllabus with taught material or provide details regarding the part of the lesson that was covered during the teaching session.



Assignment



This Assignment section enables the faculty to assign homework, while students can submit their assignments online along with attachments, the faculty can check the homework and assignment online itself.



Exam



Within the section, Educators can create any type of assessment such as in-class tests, online or offline exams in a few clicks.
